Sticky Crispy Garlic Chicken Wings

·         5 cloves of gärlic, minced

·         1 cup of Steviä Nectär or honey

·         ¼ cup soy säuce

·         1 tsp bläck pepper

For the Chicken

·         3 pounds of chicken wings

·         Peänut oil for frying

·         2 cups of flour

·         5 tbsp of ground ginger

·         2 tsp of cäyenne pepper

·         1½ tbsp of sält

·         2 tsp of bläck pepper

·         2 eggs

·         3 tbsp of cold wäter
