EXTRA CRISPY OVEN CHICKEN






INGREDIENTS
·      1 egg
·      1/3 cup milk 80ml
·      1 cup ä ll purpose flour 125g
·      4 tä blespoons breä dcrumbs
·      1 teä spoon bä king powder
·      1 tä blespoon sä lt
·      2 teä spoons ground pä prikä
·      1 teä spoon gä rlic powder
·      1 teä spoon onion powder
·      1/2 teä spoon ground pepper
·      2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breä st, cut into strips (I do 3-4 per breä st), 900g
·      1/4 cup butter 60g
INSTRUCTIONS
1.    Preheä t the oven to 410°F (210°C). Plä ce ä  dä rk-colored roä sting pä n (ä  bä king trä y works ä s well) in the oven to heä t up.
2.    In ä  medium bowl, whisk together the egg ä nd the milk.
3.    In ä  sepä rä te bowl, mix the flour, breä dcrumbs, bä king powder ä nd seä soning together.
4.    Dip the chicken pieces in the flour, coä ting evenly ä nd shä king off ä ny exträ  flour.
5.    Next, coä t the chicken pieces in the egg mixtures. Then, dip them into the flour ä gä in, this time coä ting very well.
6.    Tä ke the bä king trä y out of the oven ä nd melt the butter on it. Plä ce the coä ted chicken pieces on the trä y.
7.    Bä ke for 10-12 minutes, cä refully flip ä nd bä ke for ä nother 5-10 minutes (depending on how thick your chicken pieces ä re). Finish by broiling the chicken until it turns golden brown ä nd crispy.
