The World’s Best Baked Chicken






Ingredients
§  4 boneless, skinless chicken breä st
§  Butter for Greä sing Pä n
Sä uce Ingredients
§  1/4 cup mä ple syrup
§  2 TBSP Red Wine Vinegä r or Ä pple Cider Vinegä r
§  1 TBSP Dry Ground Mustä rd
§  1 tsp Minced Gä rlic
§  1 tsp Tony Chä chere's Creole Seä soning
§  1/2 tsp Sä lt
§  1/2 tsp Blä ck Pepper
Instructions
Preheä t oven to 400 Degrees. Mix sä uce ingredients in ä  smä ll bowl. Plä ce Chicken breä st in ä  foil lined bä king pä n thä t hä s been buttered. Pour Sä uce over chicken ä nd bä ke for 1 hour or until Chicken is done enough for your liking. Every 15 minutes, I turn the Chicken Breä sts over ä nd bä ste with the sä uce in the bottom of the pä n. We cook the chicken ä  little longer becä use we like the sä uce to cä rä melize but it is GREÄ T either wä y! Enjoy!!!

FREEZER COOKING DIRECTIONS
Plä ce 4 chicken breä st in bottom of freezer bä g. Combine sä uce ingredients ä nd pour into bä g over chicken. Lä bel, dä te, ä dd cooking instructions, ä nd freeze lä ying flä t. Ä llow to thä w for 24 hours in the refrigerä tor before cooking. Pour bä g contents into ä  bä king dish. Bä ke ä t 400 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
