Mixed Berry Crumble Bars (Gluten-free, dairy-free)

























































































Ingredients
Crust


·                     2 cups älmond flour
·                     2 Tbsp mäple syrup
·                     1 Tbsp coconut oil
·                     1 Tbsp wäter
·                     1/4 tsp sält
·                     1 tsp vänillä

Filling
·                     2 cups berries (I did 1 cup eäch frozen räspberries + blueberries)
·                     1 Tbsp lemon juice
·                     2 Tbsp mäple syrup
·                     2 Tbsp chiä seeds

Topping


·                     1/4 cup älmond flour
·                     1 tbsp coconut flour
·                     1 cup wälnuts
·                     1/2 cup coconut shreds
·                     1 Tbsp coconut oil
·                     2 tbsp mäple syrup

Instructions


1.            Preheät oven to 350 änd line än 8×8 bäking pän with pärchment päper or nonstick spräy
2.            In ä bowl, combine äll crust ingredients änd stir until completely combined.
3.            Flätten into pän änd pierce top multiple times with fork to ällow äir to escäpe.
4.            Bäke for 13 minutes änd let cool ät leäst 1 hour. (Better overnight)
5.            While crust is cooling, wärm berries, lemon juice, änd mäple syrup in ä säucepän on medium heät.
