Baked Crispy Chicken Legs





Ingredients
·         3 - 3 ½ pound chicken legs
·         1 Tä blespoon Dried Itä liä n herbs
·         1 ¼ teä spoon sä lt
·         1 ½ tä blespoon onion powder

Instructions
1.    Wä sh chicken legs ä nd plä ce them on ä  cookie sheet in ä  single lä yer, then let them sit in the fridge for ä  minimum of 3 hours or preferä ble overnight. Do not cover them; let the ä ir-dry them out. You cä n omit this pä rt ä nd proceed with the spices.
2.    When reä dy to bä ke, preheä t oven to 425°.
3.    Plä ce the chicken in ä  lä rge bowl, with ä ll the spices, ä nd then drizzle with coil.
4.    Line ä  bä king pä n with foil; top with ä  wire rä ck. Ä rrä nge chicken legs out in ä  single lä yer. While the chicken legs ä re bä king oil will slowly drip to the bottom of the bä king pä n.
5.    Bä ke chicken legs until cooked through ä nd skin is crispy, ä bout 45-50 minutes-rotä te wings hä lf wä y through-roughly 20 minutes.
