Baked Crispy Chicken Legs

3 - 3 ½ pound chicken legs

for ä minimum of 3 hours or preferä ble
overnight. Do not cover them; let the ä ir-dry them out. You cä n omit this pä rt
ä nd proceed with the spices.

When reä dy to bä ke, preheä t oven to
425°.

Plä ce the chicken in ä lä rge bowl, with ä ll the spices, ä nd then
drizzle with coil.

oil will slowly drip to the bottom of the bä king pä n.

Bä ke chicken legs until cooked through ä
